本文研究了丙酸睾丸素的单扫描示波极谱测定法及其电极反应机理。在pH6.5的B-R缓冲溶液中,丙酸睾丸素于电位-1.40V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的极谱还原峰,峰电流与浓度在2.7×10~(-7)~4.5×10~(-5)mol/L范围内成线性关系。检测限达1.0×10~(-7)mol/L。方法用于分析注射液样品结果满意。
In this paper, single-scan oscillopolarographic determination of testosterone propionate and its electrode reaction mechanism. In pH6.5 BR buffer solution, testosterone propionate produced a sensitive polarographic reduction peak at potential of 1.40V (vs.SCE) with a peak current of 2.7 × 10 -7 -4.5 × 10 ~ (-5) mol / L within a linear relationship. Detection limit of 1.0 × 10 -7 mol / L. The method is satisfactory for the analysis of injection samples.
