案情摘要死者,男,28岁,农民。1990年9月23日晚被人用水果刀刺伤左胸部,当即胸痛,气急。体检:口唇微绀,呼吸急迫,气管右移,左乳头下2cm处有一1.3×2cm条形创口,深达胸腔。呼吸弱。X线片示左侧血、气胸。住院后给以闭式引流等。治疗10天后好转,但仍有活动后心悸、气促。再住院23天。X线片示胸腔内积血、积气吸收,唯体力不佳,动后心悸、气促。遂出院。回家后仍不能下床活动,渐出现下肢水肿、腹水等症状。
Case Summary The deceased, male, 28 years old, farmer. September 23, 1990 night was stabbed with a fruit knife left chest, immediately chest pain, shortness of breath. Physical examination: micro cyanosis lips, shortness of breath, right trachea, 2cm at the left nipple there is a 1.3 × 2cm strip wound deep chest. Breathing weak. X-ray showed left blood, pneumothorax. After admission to give a closed drainage. After 10 days of treatment improved, but there is still activity palpitations, shortness of breath. Re-hospital for 23 days. X-ray showed intrathoracic hemorrhage, gas absorption, poor physical fitness, heart palpitations, shortness of breath. Then discharged. After returning home can not get out of bed activity, gradually appear lower extremity edema, ascites and other symptoms.
