无锡广播中心有十三个作品获得1999年的全国奖和省一等奖。其中3个是国家级政府奖,7个省级政府奖一等奖,还有3个是省“五个一工程”奖。如此创优丰产,在无锡广播史上是空前的。可以说,每个大奖的背后,都凝聚着创优者的一番酸甜苦辣。兹将其成功经验体会总结如下。 做精品节目需下苦功夫 《扬创新之帆,搏击世界潮流——三毛创立国际著名品牌纪实》终于获得了1999年中国广播新闻奖二等奖。这是无锡广播中心新闻台记者郑功继96年《情寄吕梁》之后的又一个全国二等奖。自94年至99年,6年中他获得6个省级以上大奖。一提起节目创优,他就来激情:“做精品节目是一种乐趣,可以把个人的才干、追求尽情地体现在作品的采制过程中,所以再苦再难也是甜！”
