为采出油田开发后期的残余油,研究开发出一套对油水饱和层进行处理的工艺,它是基于用聚合物分散体系增大水淹区渗透阻力。该体系由聚合物、分散的岩石微粒和其它化学剂组成。模试试验证明,向水淹区注入聚合物分散体系可显著增大渗稳阻力,从而提高对生产层处理的波及范围,使油层的最终采收率提高1.5%~3.5%。在鞑靼斯坦和西西伯利亚一些油田上的现场试验结果证明,可以提高最终采收率1.5%~2.5%。此外,该体系既可用于碎屑岩储油层,也可用于碳酸盐储油层。文中详细列举了模拟及矿场试验的结果。
In order to recover the residual oil in the late stage of oilfield development, a set of technologies for treating the saturated oil-water layer has been developed. It is based on the use of polymer dispersion system to increase the permeability resistance of flooded area. The system consists of polymer, dispersed rock particles and other chemicals. The experimental results show that the injection of polymer dispersion into the flooded area can significantly increase the seepage resistance and improve the processing range of the production layer, so that the final recovery of the oil layer can be increased by 1.5% ~ 3.5%. Field tests on some fields in Tatarstan and West Siberia show that final recovery can be increased by 1.5% to 2.5%. In addition, the system can be used for both clastic reservoirs and carbonate reservoirs. The article details the results of simulation and field tests.
