针对带折现流的时间-费用权衡问题研究未充分考虑资源约束的现状,本文以净现值最大化为优化目标,从整个项目实施过程的视角分析现金流动情况,并将业主的支付、合同双方约定的奖励惩罚以及项目的间接费用考虑到目标函数中,综合考虑可更新和不可更新资源约束,形成多种资源约束的多模式折现流离散时间-费用权衡问题(MRCDTCTPDF)及其数学模型,设计了求解该问题的改进遗传算法,并通过数值实验验证了模型的有效性。结果表明在以净现值最大为追求目标时,业主的奖惩机制对承包商的影响作用较小,且在满足工期限制的前提下为非里程碑活动选择较长工期以推迟现金流出的做法更有利于承包商获取较大收益。
