“反思”是以自我及自我的思想、活动为意识的对象,通过不断地内省、反省,去获得知识,把握客观规律的一种途径或方式。反思后则奋进,存在问题就整改,发现问题则深思,找到经验就升华。笔者通过学习发现“反思”是用于企业组织管理的良策,必定对组织的管理工作有所促进。所以,应该充分重视管理者和同事日常工作中的交流反思,它不但促进了管理者个人成长,而且使组织运行在工作中越来越成熟,为构建和谐企业奠定基础。
“Reflections ” is a way or means of self-awareness and self-centered thinking and activity as the object of consciousness through continuous introspection, introspection, access to knowledge, and objective laws. After reflection is forged ahead, there are problems rectification, found that the problem is pondering, to find experience to sublimate. The author found through learning “reflection ” is a good policy for the management of enterprises, will certainly promote the management of the organization. Therefore, due consideration should be paid to the exchange and reflection in the daily work of managers and co-workers. It not only promotes the personal growth of managers, but also makes the organization run more mature in the work and lays the foundation for building a harmonious enterprise.
