目的:探讨超声综合分析在发现乳腺多发实性肿块中伴发早期乳腺癌的价值。方法:回顾性分析南方医科大学附属中山市博爱医院收治的40例患者43个乳腺癌肿块及165个乳腺良性肿块的超声声像特征,统计分析超声综合分析法对乳腺多发实性肿块中伴发恶性肿块的诊断情况。结果:乳腺多发肿块中伴发恶性肿块的边界、内部回声、钙化、血流、弹性成像、冠状切面改变等声像特征与良性肿块比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声综合分析法诊断乳腺多发肿块中伴发恶性肿块时,有12例误诊,有6例漏诊,其敏感度为86.05%,特异度为92.73%,准确率为91.35%,与实际结果基本相同,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声综合分析法可在多发乳腺肿块中发现早期乳腺癌中提供更多的有价值的细节信息,具有方便、快捷等优点,且具有良好的诊断敏感性、特异性和准确性。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasonic comprehensive analysis in discovering multiple breast masses with early breast cancer. Methods: The echographic features of 43 breast cancer masses and 165 benign breast masses in 40 patients admitted to Bo’ai Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. The results of sonographic analysis were compared with those of benign breast masses Diagnosis of malignant tumor. Results: There were significant differences between the benign masses and the benign masses in the masses of breast mass with malignant mass boundary, internal echo, calcification, blood flow, elastography and coronal section changes, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) In the diagnosis of multiple breast masses with malignant tumor, 12 cases were misdiagnosed, 6 cases missed diagnosis, the sensitivity was 86.05%, the specificity was 92.73%, the accuracy rate was 91.35%, with the actual results were basically the same, the difference was not Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The ultrasonic comprehensive analysis method can provide more valuable details in early breast cancer in multiple breast masses. It has the advantages of convenience and quickness, and has good diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.
