中国烹饪大师、苏州市政协第2-8届委员、苏州市烹饪协会顾问、苏州市商业技工学校“屈群根工作室”主任屈群根先生因病于二○○三年三月一日晨五时三十分辞世,享年71岁。屈大师毕生献身烹饪事业,对工作兢兢业业,对后辈关爱提携,在全省乃至全国烹饪界享有极高的威望。本刊编辑部同仁对屈大师的逝世表示沉痛的哀悼。
