On the ISS, you can not take it slowly with a bowl of spaghetti because the noodles can become very messy in a microgravity environment. However, there are really some things on the ISS that are very similar to spaghetti, which are the wires that are used in the electrocardiogram. These wires can be very troublesome for astronauts on the ISS. During the stay of the ISS, astronauts may need medical examinations due to chest pain or irregular heartbeat, or maybe they just want to do a medical examination. But there is no hospital on the ISS, there is no doctor, astronauts must operate their own ECG
