目的了解外来女工对艾滋病相关知识的掌握程度,态度和行为。方法在东莞市的合资企业或私营工厂对外来女工进行了代表性的调查。结果175名被调查的工人平均年龄为22岁。结果显示:外来女工对艾滋病的知识了解的不够,甚至有许多错误的理解。43.4%的未结婚的女性有过婚前性行为,其中的54.5%是一夜情;约有25.9%的人从未用过安全套,49.4% 的偶尔会用,24.7%的人每次都用安全套。有31.8%的女性由于意外怀孕而有过人工流产史; 14.9%的曾经患过性病;2.8%的女性在调查前有过吸毒史。结论为了让外来女工能够使自己远离艾滋病,以及控制艾滋病在我省的快速传播,应该立即在东莞市的所有外来女工中开展定向的艾滋病健康促进教育,旨在提高对艾滋病的相关知识的认知,促进安全套的使用和减少危险的性行为。
Objective To understand the mastery degree, attitude and behavior of migrant female workers about AIDS-related knowledge. Methods A representative survey of migrant workers was conducted in a joint venture or a private factory in Dongguan City. Results The average age of 175 surveyed workers was 22 years. The results show that foreign women do not know enough about HIV / AIDS and even have many wrong understandings. 43.4% of unmarried women had premarital sex, of which 54.5% were one-night stands; about 25.9% never used condoms, 49.4% occasionally used condoms, and 24.7% used condoms every time. 31.8% of women had had an abortion history due to unwanted pregnancies, 14.9% had had STDs, and 2.8% had drug abuse history prior to the survey. Conclusion In order for migrant women workers to keep themselves away from AIDS and to control the rapid spread of AIDS in our province, targeted AIDS health promotion education should be launched immediately among all migrant women workers in Dongguan with the aim of raising awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge , Promote the use of condoms and reduce risky sexual behavior.
