基于现有的槽道式流量计设计了与之配合使用的调节阀,采用理论分析—数值模拟—实验研究相结合的方法,设计了线性流量调节阀和等百分比流量调节阀。数值模拟结果显示了线性型调节阀和等百分比型调节阀的流量特性、拟合直线,以及调节精度。分析调节阀内部的流场情况,壁面的压力分布以及流动的分离情况。对所设计的调节阀加工模型,进行了实验验证,测量质量流量、出入口总压和内部压力分布,分析了流量特性、调节精度和压力损失情况。实验结果验证了调节阀的良好的流量特性、高精度的调节性能,以及未来应用于工程实践的可行性。
Based on the existing channel flowmeter, a control valve was designed and used. The linear flow control valve and the equal percentage flow control valve were designed by theoretical analysis - numerical simulation - experimental study. The numerical simulation results show the flow characteristics of the linear control valve, the equal percentage control valve, the fitting straight line, and the adjustment accuracy. Analysis of the flow field inside the control valve, wall pressure distribution and flow separation. The designed control valve processing model was verified by experiment, and the mass flow, total inlet and outlet pressure and internal pressure distribution were measured. The flow characteristics, adjustment accuracy and pressure loss were analyzed. The experimental results verify the good flow characteristics of the control valve, high-precision adjustment performance, and the feasibility of future application in engineering practice.
