产业资本的循环是资本运动的三个阶段的统一,即两个流通阶段和一个生产阶段的统一,其公式为,G—W…P…W′—G′。但是,产业资本不能只循环一次就停止下来,它必须不断地周而复始地循环下去,才能使自己保存和增殖。这样,产业资本循环的公式,就成为无终点的,表现为,G—W…P…W′—G′·G—W…P…W′—G′·G—W…P…。在这个不断循环的过程中,我们看到,货币资本、生产资本、商品资本、都通过循环的三个阶段,返回到自己的原来形式,同时进行着循环,使得产业资本在运动中有三种循环形态,即:
