党中央有关部门,国务院各部委、各直属机构,全国人大常委会办公厅,全国政协办公厅,高法院,高检院,各人民团体,新疆生产建设兵团财务局: 为了进一步推进中央单位政府采购工作,减少重复招标,方便单位采购,降低采购成本,提高采购效率,在借鉴国际通行做法和总结去年试点经验基础上,决定2002年中央单位计算机和打印机政府采购实行协议供货制度,即通过统一公开招标定产品、定价格、定服务、定期限,并以财政部文件形式将中标供应商的协议供货承诺书及相关内容告之中央单位。今年首期招标工作已经完成,现将执行本次协议供货制度的有关事宜通知如下: 一、协议供货的适用范围
