总地来讲,我国与总协定的关系是源远流长,但又错综复杂;谈判过程是一波三折,步履唯艰;前景是肯定入关,但非一厢情愿。
Generally, the relationship between China and the General Agreement is long-standing, but it is complicated; the negotiation process is twists and turns and it is difficult; the prospects are sure to enter the customs, but it is not wishful thinking.
