本文根据形变位能与外力所作功基本相等的观点,推导出扭转轴优化设计的目标函数,并根据疲劳失效的最大剪应力理论,导出约束函数,给出了完整的扭转轴优化设计方法。
In this paper, the objective function of torsional axis optimization design is deduced according to the viewpoint that the deformation position and external force are basically equal. According to the theory of maximum shear stress of fatigue failure, the constraint function is derived and a complete design method of torsion axis is given.
