以草菇菌丝体为试材,以凝集素提取液的总活力为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用3因素3水平的Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法设计优化了草菇菌丝凝集素的超声波提取工艺。结果表明:超声功率为310W、超声处理时间为36min、液料比为4.5∶1,是草菇菌丝凝集素超声波提取的最佳工艺;在该条件下,其20g草菇菌丝的凝集素提取液的总活力为76 386U。
Using mushroom mycelium as test material and total activity of lectin extract as an index, based on the single-factor test, the Box-Benhnken center combination test with 3 factors and 3 levels and response surface analysis Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Mushroom Lectin.
