为了观察Stargardt病的光学相干断层成像(OCT)改变特征,探讨OCT在该病诊断中的应用价值,本研究对5例(10眼)Stargardt病患者的黄斑区进行了OCT扫描检查,并与正常人黄斑部OCT图像进行了比较。结果显示Stargardt病以黄斑部感光细胞损害为主要特征,同时视网膜厚度也明显变薄,感光细胞损害以中心凹最为明显,该病的OCT改变与组织病理学改变基本一致。OCT能够在无损伤状态下反映视网膜病变的组织学改变特征,OCT的临床应用为该病诊断提供了一种有效的方法。
In order to observe the OCT changes of Stargardt’s disease and to explore the value of OCT in the diagnosis of this disease, OCT scans of macular area in 5 patients (10 eyes) with Stargardt’s disease were performed and compared with normal Human macular OCT images were compared. The results showed Stargardt disease macular degeneration of photoreceptor cells as the main feature, while the retinal thickness was also significantly thinning, photoreceptor cell damage to the most obvious fovea, OCT changes in the disease and histopathological changes are basically the same. OCT can reflect the histological changes of retinopathy without damage, and the clinical application of OCT provides an effective method for the diagnosis of the disease.
