8月27日,三北工程黄土高原综合治理林业示范建设现场会在彭阳县召开,会议总结交流了三北工程黄土高原综合治理的成效与经验,明确了黄土高原综合治理的方向和举措,安排部署黄土高原综合治理林业示范建设工作,加快构筑黄土高原生态屏障,全力推进三北工程建设再上新台阶。宁夏回族自治区党委副书记崔波、国家林业局副局长张永利出席会议。来自国家林业局、国家发改委、三北防护林建设局及全国15个省市自治区的代表参加了会议。
