结合成庄矿二盘区2103巷的地质条件和巷道破坏状况,提出了水泥浆与不饱和聚酯化学浆复合注浆、预应力注浆锚索补强的巷道围岩加固方式。数值模拟表明,注浆情况下预应力锚索的支护效果得到了大幅度提高。水泥浆充填粗缝,化学浆粘结细微裂隙,并设计合理的注浆压力,使围岩裂隙扩张,注浆后回缩产生注浆预压力。该支护方法能有效避免动压巷道的强烈变形。
Combined with the geological conditions and the roadway destruction conditions of Lane 2103 in Erpan District of Chengzhuang Coal Mine, a reinforcement method of roadway surrounding rock with compound grouting of cement slurry and unsaturated polyester chemical grouting and prestressing grouting and anchorage cable reinforcement is proposed. Numerical simulation shows that the supporting effect of prestressed anchor cable has been greatly improved in case of grouting. Slurry filling coarse slits, fine chemical slits and fissures, and design a reasonable grouting pressure, so that the expansion of rock cracks, grouting grouting after the collapse of the pre-pressure. The supporting method can effectively avoid the strong deformation of dynamic pressure roadway.
