随着市场经济的快速发展,淮委沂沭泗管理局沂沭河管理处沭河管理所,在搞好工程管理和防汛工作的同时,不断解放思想,深化改革,想方设法让水走向市场。近几年来,沿着“近抓黄砂远抓树,依法收费抓力度,实体项目挖潜力,努力开拓新支柱”的经济工作思路,开拓创新,锐意进取,加快了水利经济发展。目前,河道管理单位发展水利经济项目主要有依法收费、国有土地承包使用、绿化提成、河道工程维护管理费、建设项目占地补偿费及兴办各种经济实体等,1996年完成创收任务118万元。
With the rapid development of market economy, Shuhe Management Office of Yishu River Administration of Huai Committee Yi Shuhe Administration, while doing a good job in project management and flood control, constantly emancipated its minds and deepened its reform, and tried its best to get the water to go to the market. In recent years, along the economic thinking of “grasping trees near the catch of yellow sand, paying efforts according to law, tapping the potentials of entity projects and striving to open up new pillars”, we have been pioneering and innovative, forge ahead with determination and accelerated the economic development of water conservancy. At present, the project of water management for waterways developed by river channel management units mainly includes fees charged according to law, contracted use of state-owned land, commission of greening projects, waterway project maintenance and management fees, land compensation fees for construction projects and establishment of various economic entities. In 1996, the revenue-generating task was completed at 1.18 million yuan .
