目的了解江阴市食品污染现状。方法选择有代表性的5个乡镇35家单位采集16类176件食品样品进行农药残留、重金属、防腐剂、甜味剂、食源性致病菌、霉菌等项目进行检测。结果合格食品164件,合格率为93.18%。不合格产品为酱黄瓜中的苯甲酸(苯甲酸钠)超过国家标准4倍、萝卜干中的苯甲酸(苯甲酸钠)为0.95mg/kg,陈皮丝中的甜蜜素超过国家标准13倍,苋菜中的汞超过国家标准1.9倍,油条中的铝超过国家标准3.4倍。熟食中共检出副溶血性弧菌2株,变形杆菌与单增李斯特氏菌各1株。月饼中检出霉菌3株。结论酱腌菜、蜜饯、油条普遍超量使用添加剂,熟食卤菜中食源性致病菌污染严重,蔬菜种植地土壤及农田灌溉用水污染严重,必须加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of food contamination in Jiangyin City. CONCLUSIONS The sauce, candied fruit and fried dough sticks are generally over-used with additives. The food-borne pathogens are seriously polluted in the cooked rutabaga, and the soil and farmland for irrigation in vegetable growing areas are seriously polluted. Therefore, supervision and management must be strengthened.
