北京加气混凝土厂利用斜发沸石取代水泥试制加气混凝土取得成功。成为我国继水泥—矿渣—砂;水泥—石灰—砂;水泥—石灰—粉煤灰;以及钢渣加气混凝土等品种之后的又一个加气混凝土新品种。这种加气混凝土的特点是可以完全不用水泥,而干燥收缩值较低,水化产物结晶发育良好,因而在同等条件下,较水泥—石灰—砂加气混凝土具有较高的强度,
Beijing Aerated Concrete Plant successfully used clinoptilolite as a substitute for cement to test aerated concrete. It has become another new type of aerated concrete after China’s cement-slag-sand, sand, cement-lime-sand, cement-lime-fly ash, and steel slag aerated concrete. This type of aerated concrete is characterized by the fact that it can completely eliminate the use of cement, and its drying shrinkage is low. The crystals of the hydration product are well developed, and therefore have higher strength than cement-lime-sand aerated concrete under the same conditions.
