The industrial competitiveness of a country depends to a large extent on its technological innovation and technological transformation capabilities in the industry. Technological innovation is a highly targeted activity. It has a very clear direction and depends on the continuous accumulation of the ability to solve problems. For developing countries, Japan’s technological innovation process is a very compelling example.
