目的了解新会区食品餐饮从业人员复检依从性情况,为进一步完善从业人员健康检查工作和规范从业人员的管理工作提供依据,保障我区人民群众健康与安全。方法按《食品安全法》、《食品安全法实施条例》的相关要求及《广东省食品药品监督管理局关于餐饮服务从业人健康检查的管理办法》规定的项目进行检查,对丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)异常、X光透视疑似有问题、检出痢疾或伤寒菌和化脓性皮肤病判断等初筛结果为不合格的从业人员资料进行统计学分析。结果 2012年到新会区疾病预防控制中心门诊部体检的食品餐饮从业人员有7 731人,148人初筛结果不符合要求需进一步检查,81人依从指引进行复查,复检率为54.7%。结论新会区食品餐饮从业人员的复检依从性较低,应加强开展卫生法律法规的宣传培训工作,提高我区食品餐饮从业人员持证上岗人数。
Objective To understand the reexamination compliance of food and beverage practitioners in Xinhui District and provide evidences for further improving the health checkup of employees and standardizing the management of employees so as to ensure the health and safety of people in our district. Methods According to the requirements of the Food Safety Law and the Implementing Regulations of the Food Safety Law and the regulations of Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration on the Management of Health Checks for Catering Service Practitioners, the alanine aminotransferase Enzyme (ALT) abnormalities, X-ray fluoroscopy suspected problems, detection of diarrhea or typhoid bacteria and suppurative skin diseases such as screening results for unqualified practitioners data for statistical analysis. Results In 2012, 7 731 food and beverage practitioners were examined in Outpatient Department of Xinhui District Center for Disease Control and Prevention. 148 people did not meet the requirements of the preliminary screening results for further examination, and 81 persons relied on the guidelines for review. The rate of re-examination was 54.7%. Conclusion Xinhui District food catering practitioners reinspection of the lower compliance, should strengthen the publicity and training of health laws and regulations to enhance the number of food and beverage industry practitioners certified number of posts.
