Z744W-2.5液压阀是ф2260型煤气发生炉制气过程中自控的重要部件之一.它的运行情况将对小氮肥厂的稳定、高产起着极大的作用.在实际生产中由于安装的误差、磨损、冲击等原因,而造成阀杆脱落、阀板散开、活塞杆断裂等事故.我厂建厂投产初期曾因此事故,在一个月中全厂停车达72小时的严重事故.后经下述改革,三年来已消灭了上述现象的发生.具体方案如下:
