膀胱和前列腺因各种病变引起大出血临床较常见,但在处理上仍是一个棘手的问题。我院参考Gprel的经验,采用明矾液膀胱内冲洗治疗膀胱大出血8例,止血效果满意,报告如下。本组8例中男性6例,女性2例。年龄56～74岁。出血原因:膀胱肿瘤3例,前列腺增生伴急性尿潴留2例,出血性膀胱炎1例,前列腺增生膀胱镜检术后大出血1例,另1例为前列腺摘除术后继发性出血。全组均为大量全程肉眼血尿,4例呈休克状态,
Bladder and prostate bleeding caused by a variety of clinical lesions are more common, but the handling is still a thorny issue. Gprel reference to our hospital experience, the use of alum fluid bladder flushing treatment of bladder hemorrhage in 8 cases, hemostatic effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows.
