再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)患者拔牙时,预防感染和出血很重要。文章对18例再障患者拔牙止血情况进行了研究。男3例,女15例。于拔牙前行血液学检查,记录拔牙部位、原因、有无出血、术后局部止血效果。按厚生省特发性造血障碍调研班标准,将再障程度分为轻(血小板数大于5×10~4/mm~3)、中(血小板数大于2×10~4/mm~3小于5×10~4/mm~3)、重度(血小板数小于2×10~4/mm~3)3组。结果:轻度组4例,因牙周炎拔
