With his 24 years of experience in the Ivy League, Yale University professor William Draysiche made an in-depth analysis of the psychology and education of elite college students and wrote the monograph “The Good Sheep.” In the book, he questioned the current elite education in the United States and considered that most of the students trained under this system were diligent and clever, but at the same time they were full of anxiety and timidity.
