2015年周口市食品安全风险监测结果分析

目的分析周口市食品中主要污染物及有害因素污染水平和趋势,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取有针对性地控制措施提供科学依据。方法从周口城区及所辖的9个县市区的不同地点和环节采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法和食品安全风险监测工作手册等的相关检测方法进行检测分析。结果2015年共检测14大类食品,样品数量1 033份,获得监测数据5 205条,其中合格样品814份,不合格样品219份,合格率78.8%。检测的14大类样品的136项指标中,不合格指标主要是油炸食品及粉条中的铝、熟肉制品中的亚硝酸盐、蔬菜中的农药残留量以及肉制品的致病菌。结论虽然周口市的食品合格率不太高,但未发现禁用药物,有机污染物和真菌毒素全部合格。建议各相关部门严格监管,各负其责,确保周口市的食品安全。 Objective To analyze the pollution levels and trends of major pollutants and harmful factors in foodstuffs in Zhoukou City, determine the distribution and possible sources of hazardous factors, and provide a scientific basis for taking targeted control measures. Methods Food samples were collected (purchased) from different locations and links of 9 counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Zhoukou and tested and analyzed according to the relevant testing methods of food hygiene inspection methods and food safety risk monitoring manuals. Results A total of 1 033 samples were tested in 2015, with a total of 5 205 samples. Among them, 814 samples were qualified and 219 samples were unqualified. The pass rate was 78.8%. Out of the 136 indicators tested in the 14 major types of samples, the unqualified indicators were mainly aluminum in fried foods and vermicelli, nitrite in cooked meat products, pesticide residues in vegetables, and pathogenic bacteria in meat products. Conclusion Although the pass rate of food in Zhoukou City is not too high, no banned drugs, organic pollutants and mycotoxins are all found to be qualified. It is recommended that all relevant departments strictly supervise and bear their respective responsibilities to ensure food safety in Zhoukou City.
