自行车交通低碳、环保,是短距离出行的最佳交通方式之一。在特定城市背景下,大学城自行车交通是其“校内交通”优先发展的主要方式,是“校外交通”的补充和与公交的适宜衔接方式。杭州大学城规划通过对其可选的7种交通方式分析,选择自行车交通为校内交通优先发展的交通方式,本研究对其的运用实践包括自行车道路体系构建、自行车停放系统配套、城市公共自行车网络延伸、机动车“交通静化”手段应用等进行了研究。 Low-carbon bicycle traffic, environmental protection, short-distance travel is one of the best means of transport. Under the background of a specific city, the bicycle transport in the university city is the primary way to give priority to the development of its “intra-school traffic”. It is the complement of “extra-school traffic” and the suitable mode of connection with public transport. Through the analysis of its optional seven modes of transportation, Hangzhou University City Planning chooses the bicycle traffic as the mode of traffic priority for its development within the school. The study of its application includes the construction of bicycle road system, the bicycle parking system, the urban public bicycle network Extension, vehicle “traffic static ” means application and so on.
