为了不夹毛或夹坏非金属轴类零件,我们专门研究设计了一个简单实用的开口胎具(见附图)。使用时,用三爪卡盘的卡爪夹持开口胎具外圆φD,卡爪端面与A面贴紧后即可进行车削。为了使开口胎具具有一定的弹性,必须在轴向开一个通槽。胎具壁厚根据零件的直径大小,一般可取2~3mm,内孔尺寸φd一般比零件直径大0.1mm。槽宽Z一般与壁厚尺寸相同。φD、L及l可根据实际需要而定。这种装夹方法,经多年使用,实践证明简单、实用且效果较理想。
