[目的]探讨垫江牡丹不同生长期营养特性。[方法]采用大田调查和室内化学分析方法研究了垫江牡丹不同生长期植株产量、养分含量、吸收量和土壤有效养分的状况。[结果]1~4年生牡丹生物量、叶片重、嫩茎重和丹皮重(产量)与生长年份呈极好的二次回归关系,叶片12种营养元素平均含量和吸收量均以Ca>N>K>Mg>S>P>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,这与嫩茎养分平均含量和吸收量的大小序列一致。而丹皮的平均营养元素含量和吸收量为N>Ca>K>Mg>P>S>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn,与叶片和嫩茎有所不同,同时又不同于叶柄的序列Ca>K>N>Mg>S>P>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu。牡丹不同生长年份的土壤有机质含量差异较大,其中N、S、Mn、Zn含量丰富。[结论]为牡丹高产优质生产提供理论依据。
[Objective] To investigate the nutritional characteristics of Dianjiang peony at different growth stages. [Method] The field investigation and laboratory chemical analysis were used to study the plant yield, nutrient content, uptake and soil available nutrient of Dianjiang peony at different growth stages. [Result] The results showed that there was an excellent quadratic regression relationship between the biomass of 1 ~ 4 year old peonies, the weight of leaves, the weight of young stems and the weight of dandruff (yield), and the growing year. The average content and absorption of 12 kinds of nutrients in leaves were Ca> N> K> Mg> S> P> Fe> Mn> Zn> Cu, which is consistent with the average content of nutrients and the amount of absorption. However, the average nutrient content and absorption of Danpi were N> Ca> K> Mg> P> S> Fe> Zn> Cu> Mn and differed from leaves and tender stems, K> N> Mg> S> P> Fe> Mn> Zn> Cu. The soil organic matter content of peony in different growing years is quite different, of which N, S, Mn and Zn are abundant. [Conclusion] This provided the theoretical basis for high yield and high quality production of peony.
