根据密闭气罩的结构特点和工艺要求,设计了以西门子S7-300 PLC为核心的分布式控制系统的密闭气罩控制系统方案。主要介绍了控制系统中露点控制、零位控制、送风温度控制、提升门控制、余热回收喷淋控制、消防喷淋控制等关键技术环节。本系统在某纸业公司的一条4000/400造纸生产线上已经投入使用,运行稳定,可靠性高,控制效果良好。
According to the structural characteristics and technological requirements of the confined gas hood, a closed hood control system scheme of distributed control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed. The key technologies of dew point control, zero position control, supply air temperature control, lift gate control, waste heat recovery sprinkler control and fire sprinkler control are introduced. The system in a paper company a 4000/400 paper production line has been put into operation, stable operation, high reliability, good control.
