本文从体积法出发推求了以三个基本参数表达的混凝土配合比计算公式,从理论上阐明了混凝土配合比计算的本质是由三个基本参数确定集灰比的计算过程。文中还以1432组实验数据得出混凝土相对强度fcu28/fc~灰水比C/W、砂率Sp~染料平均表观密度(990-W)/(ρh-W)半经验关系式,并从理论上证实混凝土配合比计算中“恒定用水量法则”,佐证其它参数对单位用水量的依赖性。实践也证明,由于商品混凝土(C20~C60)配合比中引入各自差异较大的高效减水剂,使得单位用水量稳定在某一范围内,而与坍落度没有明显统计相关性。
In this paper, the formula of concrete mix ratio expressed by three basic parameters is deduced from the volume method, and the theoretical calculation of the mix ratio of concrete is the calculation process of the set ash ratio determined by the three basic parameters. In the paper, 1432 sets of experimental data were used to obtain the semi-empirical relationship between concrete relative strength fcu28/fc-gray water ratio C/W, sand rate Sp-dye average apparent density (990-W)/(ρh-W), and Theoretically, the “constant water consumption rule” in the calculation of the concrete mix ratio was confirmed, which confirmed the dependence of other parameters on the unit water consumption. Practice has also proved that due to the introduction of high-efficiency water-reducing agents with large differences in the mix ratio of commercial concrete (C20-C60), the unit water consumption is stable within a certain range, but there is no obvious statistical correlation with slump.
