自有住房经济属性及其在CPI中的处理问题,历来就是学术界极为关心和极具争议性的问题。本文结合商品经济属性确定的宏观经济活动实践性原则、马克思主义和西方经济学等有关经济理论及SNA(2008),更为系统地分析了自有住房的经济属性问题,并结合国际经验,就中国CPI中自有住房处理存在的问题及其改进措施做了较为深入的探讨,以期进一步厘清自有住房经济属性的同时,为中国CPI中自有住房处理方法的优化提供一些参考。
The economic properties of self-owned housing and its handling in the CPI have always been the issues of great concern and controversy in academia. Based on the practical principles of macroeconomic activities, the economic theory of Marxism and Western economics and SNA (2008), the article analyzes the economic attributes of self-owned housing more systematically and combines with international experience In this paper, the existing problems of CPI in China’s CPI and its improvement measures are discussed in order to further clarify the economic properties of own-owned houses and provide some references for the optimization of the methods of self-owned houses in CPI in China.
