介绍一种专门用于混凝土小型空心砌块配筋砌体结构中的新型挤压式钢筋直螺纹连接套筒。推导钢筋单向受拉时,计算内外套筒应力,以及根据设计要求反求所需钢材力学性能及套筒规格尺寸的公式。通过一个算例,说明用本文公式和有限元软件计算的数值,与实际试验结果吻合性良好。
A new type of extruded steel bar straight threaded connecting sleeve specially designed for small concrete hollow block reinforced masonry structures is introduced. When the steel bar is deduced from one direction, the stress inside and outside the sleeve is calculated, and according to the design requirements, the formulas of the required mechanical properties of the steel and the dimensions of the sleeve are obtained. An example is given to show that the numerical values calculated by this formula and the finite element software are in good agreement with the actual test results.
