在试验室的不同试验条件下,用有标记的高碳低合金(铸造淬火钢球和高铬铸铁球)进行了磨碎铅锌硫化矿石的试验。文中对不同材质的钢球,球耗同磨矿时间与磨矿条件的关系做了评价,论证了腐蚀与磨蚀在磨矿介质损耗中的作用,讨论了通过控制磨矿条件和添加药剂来减少球耗的方法。
Tests were conducted on ground lead and zinc sulphide ores using marked high carbon and low alloy (cast hardened steel balls and high chromium cast iron balls) under different test conditions in the laboratory. In this paper, the evaluation of the relationship between ball milling time and grinding conditions of different materials was demonstrated.
