目的:探讨输卵管造影术中水囊分次注入法与疼痛因子的相关性,为临床提供提高HSG检查成功率的方法。方法:选择就诊女性患者480例,随机分为实验组和对照组各240例,实验组采用分次推注水囊;对照组采用传统一次推注水囊。观察两组患者出现疼痛、球囊脱出的情况及检查前后疼痛相关指标(NGF、TNF-α、PGE2)。结果:两组患者疼痛程度及脱管情况比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),实验组患者的NGF、TNF-α、PGE2水平与对照组比较均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:分次推注水囊能够有效地减少患者的疼痛,提高临床HSG检查的成功率,避免输卵管收缩或疼痛引起的HSG失败,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the fractionated injection of water sac and the pain factor in tubal angiography, and to provide a clinical method to improve the success rate of HSG examination. Methods: A total of 480 female patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group (240 cases each). The experimental group was divided into two groups: water balloon; The pain, the prolapse of the balloon and the indexes of pain before and after the examination (NGF, TNF-α, PGE2) were observed in the two groups. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the degree of pain and detachment (P <0.01). The levels of NGF, TNF-α and PGE2 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The bolus injection of water balloon can effectively reduce the patient’s pain, improve the success rate of clinical HSG examination, and avoid HSG failure caused by tubal contraction or pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
