本文分析了精密单刃刀具车削中,刀具和工件间相对振动位移对零件表面光洁度的影响。试验结果表明:相对位移对表面光洁度的影响是线性”的,不仅与振动幅值有关而且与振动频率及主轴转速有关。
This paper analyzes the influence of the relative vibration displacement between the tool and the workpiece on the surface finish of the precision single-blade tool turning. The experimental results show that the relative displacement has a linear effect on the surface finish, which is not only related to the vibration amplitude but also to the vibration frequency and the spindle speed.
