现行的环境艺术设计专业教学与实践严重脱节,学校开设的课程无法满足实际的需要,学生的社会实践能力偏弱。刚走出校门的学生无法独立胜任设计工作,需要在公司进行长达1至2年设计实践,才能达到要求。做设计师助理期间的低薪资水平加上经常的熬夜加班,导致部分学生无法承受,选择转行。问题的产生,出现在我国现行环境艺术设计专业的教育上。现行的环艺专业教学模式严重滞后,给学生的就业带来了严重压力。早在20世纪初,德国包豪斯设计艺术学院就已经实行了工作室制教学模式,学校提倡把理论知识与具体生产实践相结合,使学生在学习期间能够掌握各种生产工艺与技术,学生们的作品就是工作室的产品。在我国有部分院校环艺专业实行了工作室制教学模式,但还有很多设计院校没有推广,本文结合具体的工作生活实例将“工作室制”与现行非工作室制进行对比分析,探讨工作室制教学模式的优点。
