因材施教是教师根据学生的客观情况、个别差异,从而有的放矢地开展有区别的教育,以使每个学生扬长避短,得到最好的进步与发展。相比以往的学生被动性、客体性与依赖性学习,因材施教更能根据学生的不同水平提供不同的教学方法。这种教学方法能让每个学生根据自己的特点选择性学习,充分发挥特长,弥补缺陷,激发学生潜在的学习兴趣,让学生自信满满地学习。
Teaching students according to their aptitude is based on the objective conditions of students, individual differences, and thus targeted to carry out differentiated education so that each student can avoid weaknesses and get the best progress and development. Compared with past students’ passive, objective and dependent learning, teaching students according to their aptitudes can provide different teaching methods according to different levels of students. This teaching method allows each student to selectively learn according to their own characteristics, give full play to specialty, make up for defects, stimulate students’ potential interest in learning, so that students learn with confidence.
