探讨喹诺酮类药物的作用机制及不良反应。方法:选取2016/1-2017/1我院收治的80例接受喹诺酮类药物治疗出现不良反应的患者作为此次研究对象,统计分析患者不良反应,探究喹诺酮类药物的作用机制。结果:喹诺酮类药物的不良反应主要有消化系统反应、神经系统反应、皮肤系统反应等。结论:喹诺酮类药物在临床应用当中的不良反应发生率较高,需要明确药物作用机制以及不良反应的累及系统,通过临床合理用药的方法来减少不良反应发生率,减少临床应用的不良事件。
To explore the mechanism and adverse reactions of quinolones. Methods: Eighty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 with adverse reactions as quinolones were enrolled in this study. The adverse reactions of patients were statistically analyzed to explore the mechanism of quinolones. Results: The adverse reactions of quinolones mainly include digestive system reaction, nervous system reaction and skin system reaction. Conclusion: Quinolones have a high incidence of adverse reactions in clinical application. It is necessary to clarify the mechanism of drug action and the system of adverse reactions. Through clinical rational use of drugs to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the adverse events of clinical application.
