2002年11月,党的十六大提出壮大县域经济。时隔近一年,党的十六届三中全会提出大力发展县域经济。可见,县域经济已经成为全面建设小康社会的重要组成部分。自治区党委八届三次全会号召全区各县市区大力发展县域经济。作为落实发展县域经济精神的重大举措之一,自治区党委、自治区政府决定开展广西经济发展10佳县(市、区)评比表彰工作,今后每年评定表彰一次。首届广西经济发展10佳县(市、区)已新鲜“出炉”,平果县、合山市、永福县、邕宁县、扶绥县、贺州市八步区、柳江县、桂平市、来宾市兴宾区、荔浦县榜上有名。其中一些鲜为人知的故事令我们感动,一些科学的思路与方法让我们从中得到启示。
In November 2002, the 16th CPC National Congress proposed to expand the county economy. After a lapse of nearly a year, the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed to vigorously develop the county economy. The Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Autonomous Region called on counties and districts in all districts to vigorously develop the county economy. As one of the major measures for implementing the economic spirit of the county economy, the party committees and autonomous regions of the autonomous region have decided to carry out the commendation and commendation work in the 10 best counties (cities and districts) for economic development in Guangxi and commend them once a year in the future. The first 10 counties (cities, districts) in Guangxi’s economic development have been freshly baked. Pingguo County, Heshan City, Yongfu County, Suining County, Fusui County, Ba Bu District of Hezhou City, Liujiang County, Guiping City and Laibin Xingbin District, Lipu County list. We are touched by some of these little-known stories, and some scientific ideas and methods allow us to draw inspiration from it.
