对江西横峰特大型钽铌矿,通过光学显微镜、人工重砂、X射线衍射分析以及电子探针分析,确定了该矿主要矿物的组成及含量,详细研究了钽铌铁矿类矿物的化学成分、粒度和嵌布特征,以及钽、铌等元素的赋存状态。该矿含钽、铌的矿物种类复杂多样,钽铌铁矿的粒度为一般在0.044~0.300 mm之间。钽铌铁矿类矿物有两种嵌布形式,粒间分布占73.92%,呈包裹体分布的占26.08%。钽铌铁矿类矿物主要为为铌铁矿、钽铁矿、铌锰矿3个矿物种,以富铁和富铌类占多数,有一定量的钛、锡等元素混入。富含锡、钛的钽铁矿变种SnO2的平均含量在9.88%,含TiO2的平均含量为7.22%。根据金属量平衡结果确定,该矿钽、铌主要集中在钽铌铁矿类矿物和细晶石中,主要分散分布在铁锂云母、锡石、闪锌矿和长石等矿物中,Nb2O5的集中系数为82.83%,Ta2O5的集中系数为55.10%。在该研究的基础上,选矿工艺制定了合理的流程,取得了良好的选矿指标。

According to the results of metal balance, the tantalum and niobium in the ore are mainly concentrated in tantalum-niobium iron ore minerals and fine spines, mainly distributed in minerals such as lepidolite, cassiterite, sphalerite and feldspar, Nb2O5 The concentration coefficient is 82.83%, and the concentration coefficient of Ta2O5 is 55.10%. On the basis of the study, the beneficiation process has been formulated a reasonable process and achieved good beneficiation index.
