一、禁止事业者垄断《禁止私人垄断法》及其相关法律的立法目的,在于通过禁止私人垄断、不正当地限制交易和不公平的交易方法,防止事业支配力量过分集中,排除用联合、协定等办法对生产、销售、价格和技术的非正当限制,以及对其他一切事业活动的非正当约束,以促进公平、自由竞争,发挥事业者的创造性,繁荣事业活动,提高雇佣和国民收入的实际水平,
