Framework and Main Contents of Interim Provisions on the Management of Villages and Townships The Interim Provisions on the Administration of Villages and Towns Banks (Yinjianfa [2007] No. 5, hereinafter referred to as the “Interim Provisions”) consist of eight chapters and 63 articles in total. The Provisions stipulate the principles of “low threshold, strict supervision” on the nature, legal status, organizational forms, establishment methods, shareholders’ qualifications, organizational structure, business operations, prudential supervision and market exit of village and town banks respectively , That is, the investor
