供电企业电费管理的风险主要源自于抄表环节和电费回收,企业注意生产经营和用电负荷变化情况和规律,制定出符合客观实际的抄表计划,加强电费的复核工作,强化电费回收环节的管理。基于此,本文重点围绕电费管理的两个重要风险源进行了成因分析,并提出了相应的对策思考。
