安全生产是煤矿永恒的主题,也是制约煤矿企业发展的突出问题,而安全思想教育则是企业各级党团组织的重头戏,是企业思想政治工作的重要组成部分。有效的安全思想教育,能够提高职工的安全意识,使之牢固树立安全第一的思想,提高自主保安的能力,促进安全生产的实现。所以,煤矿安全思想教育必须注重实效性。
Safety production is an eternal theme of coal mines and also a prominent issue restricting the development of coal mines. Security education is the highlight of the mass organizations at all levels of enterprises and an important part of the ideological and political work of enterprises. Effective education of the safety ideology can raise the worker’s awareness of safety, enable him to firmly establish the idea of safety first, enhance the capability of autonomous security, and promote the realization of safety in production. Therefore, the thought of mine safety education must pay attention to actual effect.
