晶体异物、外伤性白内障以往多行异物与白内障同时摘除。或异物取出后再二次进行白内障手术,但术后多因单眼无晶体而影响其视力矫正及双眼单视功能。近来我们在晶体异物及白内障摘除的同时做人工晶体植入术,并进行了术后观察,现将结果报告如下。对象与方法我科1988年12月至1991年5月间经治的白内障患者中晶体异物致外伤性白内障实施异物及白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入手术患者7例7眼,占同期人工晶体植入219眼的3.2%。7例的一般情况见表1。

Objects and methods in our department from December 1988 to May 1991 in cataract patients with crystalline foreign bodies caused by traumatic cataract surgery and cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in 7 patients with 7 eyes, accounting for the same period of artificial lens 3.2% of 219 eyes were implanted. The general situation of 7 cases is shown in Table 1.
