对空间大口径红外相机整机光谱响应测试方法进行介绍,建立空间大口径红外相机整机光谱响应测试系统。该测试系统包括:可见及红外光源、单色仪、标准探测器、数据采集系统、平行光管、真空罐、二维转台及待测相机。待测相机的波段集中在H_2O、CO_2等吸收波段,为了消除大气吸收波段对待测相机的影响,需要将平行光管、待测相机、转台等置于真空条件下,并向单色仪中通入氮气稳定后进行测试。整机试验结果表明,通入氮气后光谱测试精度大大提高,大气吸收波段光谱可准确测试。
This paper introduces the test method of the spectrum response of the large-format infrared camera in space, and establishes the spectrum response test system of the large-format infrared camera. The test system includes: visible and infrared light source, monochromator, standard detector, data acquisition system, collimator, vacuum tank, two-dimensional turntable and camera under test. In order to eliminate the influence of the atmospheric absorption band on the camera to be measured, the parallel light pipe, the camera to be tested, the turntable and the like are placed in a vacuum condition and passed to a monochromator Nitrogen stabilized after the test. Machine test results show that the introduction of nitrogen gas spectrum greatly improved the accuracy of the test, the atmospheric absorption band spectrum can be accurately tested.
